{"id":574,"date":"2021-03-02T19:07:54","date_gmt":"2021-03-02T19:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/?p=574"},"modified":"2025-07-31T02:06:54","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T02:06:54","slug":"quais-os-concretos-e-fibras-mais-adequados-para-execucao-de-pisos-industriais","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/destaques\/quais-os-concretos-e-fibras-mais-adequados-para-execucao-de-pisos-industriais\/","title":{"rendered":"Quais os concretos e fibras mais adequados para execu\u00e7\u00e3o de pisos industriais?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Independente da sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, o concreto para pisos industriais deve apresentar as seguintes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Teor de argamassa<\/strong> (rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre as massas secas de cimento + agregado mi\u00fado e cimento + agregados totais): <strong>entre 49% e 52%<\/strong> &#8211; exig\u00eancia ligada ao acabamento do pisos: caso esse teor seja menor que 49%, o acabamento superficial pode apresentar agregados gra\u00fados muito pr\u00f3ximos da superf\u00edcie; caso seja maior que 52%, pode levar \u00e0 delamina\u00e7\u00e3o superficial;<\/li><li><strong>Ar incorporado: inferior a 3%<\/strong> &#8211; caso seja mais elevado, o risco da delamina\u00e7\u00e3o superficial aumenta consideravelmente;<\/li><li><strong>Exsuda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: <strong>menor que 4%<\/strong> &#8211; &nbsp;para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de aspers\u00f5es ciment\u00edcias, \u00e9 importante que haja uma pequena exsuda\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp; para permitir a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o do cimento; valores maiores poder\u00e3o interferir na resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o;<\/li><li><strong>Exsuda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: <strong>menor que 4%<\/strong> &#8211; &nbsp;para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de aspers\u00f5es ciment\u00edcias, \u00e9 importante que haja uma pequena exsuda\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp; para permitir a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o do cimento; valores maiores poder\u00e3o interferir na resist\u00eancia \u00e0 abras\u00e3o;<\/li><li><strong>Resist\u00eancias mec\u00e2nicas<\/strong>: <strong>f<sub>ck<\/sub> superior a 30 MPa<\/strong>, para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es mais comuns, ou superior, quando as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es abrasivas forem mais exigentes; <strong>resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o na flex\u00e3o m\u00ednima usual \u00e9 de 4,2 MPa<\/strong>, mas dependendo dos agregados gra\u00fados, que interferem bastante nessa propriedade, aceitam-se valores menores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1.jpg 480w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><figcaption>Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de piso industrial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o diretor da LPE Engenharia e Consultoria, Eng. P\u00fablio Penna Firme Rodrigues, \u201calgumas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es podem exigir caracter\u00edsticas distintas, como resist\u00eancia aos sulfatos ou outros ataques qu\u00edmicos, que devem ser analisados caso a caso\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipos de fibras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quanto \u00e0s fibras, podem ser <strong>microfibras<\/strong>, para controle da retra\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica, ou <strong>macrofibras polim\u00e9ricas e de a\u00e7o<\/strong>, empregadas para conferir tenacidade ao concreto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As <strong>macrofibras polim\u00e9ricas<\/strong> podem ser encontradas em diversos modelos, marcas e tipos de pol\u00edmeros, devem ser<strong> \u00e1lcali-resistentes<\/strong>, para resistir ao meio b\u00e1sico do concreto. J\u00e1, as <strong>fibras de a\u00e7o<\/strong> mais comuns s\u00e3o as de ancoragem nas extremidades, podendo ser coladas \u2013 de mistura mais f\u00e1cil no concreto \u2013 ou soltas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A fun\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras estruturais \u00e9 permitir a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um material comp\u00f3sito, com matriz de ruptura fr\u00e1gil (concreto) e refor\u00e7o d\u00factil; portanto, as fibras devem ser necessariamente d\u00facteis, fazendo com que o concreto refor\u00e7ado com fibras seja d\u00factil, isto \u00e9, capaz de absorver energia, mesmo ap\u00f3s o rompimento da matriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A caracter\u00edstica emprestada pelas fibras, a tenacidade, ir\u00e1 variar em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo, fator de forma e volume empregado das fibras. Como regra geral, as macrofibras polim\u00e9ricas fornecem menores tenacidades do que as de a\u00e7o, mas o uso de uma ou de outra \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de crit\u00e9rio de
