{"id":614,"date":"2021-09-02T20:33:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-02T20:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/?p=614"},"modified":"2025-07-31T02:06:07","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T02:06:07","slug":"analise-multinivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/press-releases\/analise-multinivel\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lise multin\u00edvel de viaduto respaldou sua demoli\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">As estruturas de concreto das obras de engenharia podem sofrer deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do tempo devido a diferentes<a href=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/press-releases\/reacoesexpansivasnoconcreto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> fatores qu\u00edmicos<\/a>, f\u00edsico-mec\u00e2nicos, eletroqu\u00edmicos e biol\u00f3gicos, que podem atuar isolada ou conjuntamente no concreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses <strong>fatores podem causar ao longo do tempo de uso da obra a deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as<\/strong>, componentes e estrutura de concreto, isto \u00e9, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de sua integridade f\u00edsica, de sua rigidez e de seu desempenho mec\u00e2nico, comprometendo a seguran\u00e7a, funcionalidade e durabilidade da obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com estruturas de concreto atingindo, em n\u00edvel mundial, sua vida \u00fatil m\u00ednima de 50 anos, torna-se imprescind\u00edvel inspecion\u00e1-las para se certificar se sofrem ou n\u00e3o deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o precoce e, caso sofram, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar procedimentos de ensaios para avali\u00e1-las quanto ao mecanismo, grau e velocidade dessa deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o (an\u00e1lise multin\u00edvel). O ensaio gera uma curva tens\u00e3o x deforma\u00e7\u00e3o, gerando \u00edndices relativos \u00e0 expans\u00e3o da deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o na pe\u00e7a\/estrutura. Secundariamente, esses \u00edndices preliminares foram multiplicados por fatores de pondera\u00e7\u00e3o relacionados ao local e caracter\u00edsticas dessas fissuras. Com isso, chegou-se, por fim, aos <strong>\u00edndices gerais de deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o das pe\u00e7as (DRI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" propor\u00e7\u00e3o de fissuras nos agregados preenchidas por gel, indicando a presen\u00e7a da <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/destaques\/saiba-o-que-sao-a-raa-e-a-def\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rea\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e1lcali-s\u00edlica<\/a> (RAS)<\/strong>, bem como fissuras na pasta de cimento, o que pode ser indicativo de RAS em est\u00e1gio bem avan\u00e7ado ou de gelo-degelo como mecanismo secund\u00e1rio
