No entanto, a corros\u00e3o das armaduras pode continuar a progredir mesmo ap\u00f3s uma se\u00e7\u00e3o de concreto deteriorado ter sido removida e substitu\u00edda por um novo material de reparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"514\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-12A.jpg\" alt=\"Esquema do reparo localizado em estrutura de concreto armado\" class=\"wp-image-662\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-12A.jpg 756w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-12A-300x204.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><figcaption>Esquema do reparo localizado em estrutura de concreto armado<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Este fato indica que um grande n\u00famero de estruturas de concreto armado pode precisar de reparos repetidos ao longo de sua vida \u00fatil, devido \u00e0 falta de rigor t\u00e9cnico na execu\u00e7\u00e3o, incorreta especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais, economia nos sistemas de reparo, o que implica em custo significativo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sendo assim, existe a necessidade de se adotar uma estrat\u00e9gia de reparo adequada para evitar o uso indevido de recursos naturais e contribuir com a sustentabilidade do concreto armado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reparo localizado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O reparo localizado consiste na substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do concreto contaminado pela corros\u00e3o das armaduras por uma argamassa ou graute de reparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O procedimento \u00e9 formado pelas etapas de retirada do concreto contaminado, limpeza da armadura, prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie do substrato e preenchimento com argamassa ou graute de reparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"756\" height=\"415\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-02.jpg\" alt=\"Sistema de reparo localizado\" class=\"wp-image-664\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-02.jpg 756w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FIGURA-02-300x165.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 756px) 100vw, 756px\" \/><figcaption>Esquema de um sistema de reparo localizado<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tem-se notado a ocorr\u00eancia de corros\u00e3o na vizinhan\u00e7a do reparo pouco tempo depois de sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o, mesmo nos casos em que a interven\u00e7\u00e3o tenha sido realizada em estrita conformidade com as prescri\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas e normativas. Essa deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o precoce em reparos localizados \u00e9 denominada \u00e2nodo incipiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As causas do \u00e2nodo incipiente s\u00e3o atribu\u00eddas \u00e0 incompatibilidade eletroqu\u00edmica entre os materiais do substrato e do reparo, \u00e0 fragilidade da zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o entre essas duas fases e \u00e0 contamina\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-existente no substrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para se evitar o \u00e2nodo incipiente, deve-se buscar a compatibilidade dimensional entre o material de reparo e o substrato, alcan\u00e7ada por meio do controle da retra\u00e7\u00e3o por secagem, m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade e coeficiente de expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica do material de reparo, de modo que essas propriedades sejam compat\u00edveis com a do substrato e, assim, seja obtida uma zona de transi\u00e7\u00e3o menos fr\u00e1gil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outra medida \u00e9 a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e2nodos de sacrif\u00edcio (\u00e2nodos de zinco), que s\u00e3o conectados com arames de amarra\u00e7\u00e3o ao vergalh\u00e3o.
