O feixe de el\u00e9trons que permanece girando dentro do anel de armazenamento em velocidade pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 da luz precisa manter sua velocidade e trajet\u00f3ria para gerar uma radia\u00e7\u00e3o capaz de penetrar as estruturas mais rec\u00f4nditas do mundo microsc\u00f3pico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta estabilidade foi garantida por um conjunto de eletro\u00edm\u00e3s fixados em bases de concreto, com exig\u00eancias dimensionais restritivas e com elevada rigidez capaz de mitigar a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o de resson\u00e2ncias mec\u00e2nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este foi o desafio singular e in\u00e9dito imposto aos engenheiros brasileiros no projeto e constru\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/lnls.cnpem.br\/sirius\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Laborat\u00f3rio Nacional de Luz S\u00edncrotron \u2013 Sirius<\/a>, uma moderna infraestrutura cient\u00edfica instalada no Centro Nacional de Pesquisa em Energia e Materiais \u2013 CNPEM, em Campinas, S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FIgura-1-1024x575.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-717\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FIgura-1-1024x575.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FIgura-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FIgura-1-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FIgura-1.jpg 1311w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">LNLS &#8211; Sirius, em Campinas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A \u00e1rea onde o pr\u00e9dio foi constru\u00eddo passou por diversos estudos de subsolo, an\u00e1lises e prot\u00f3tipos das funda\u00e7\u00f5es, pisos e estrutura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As bases de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00edm\u00e3s e dos equipamentos do LNLS s\u00e3o de concreto pr\u00e9-fabricado, com alto m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade. O m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade \u00e9 uma propriedade dos materiais que correlaciona a tens\u00e3o aplicada e a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o provocada num corpo de prova feito com determinado material. Quanto maior o m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade do concreto, maior deve ser a tens\u00e3o aplicada sobre a pe\u00e7a de concreto para uma certa deforma\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"476\" height=\"335\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figura-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-718\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figura-3.jpg 476w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Figura-3-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 476px) 100vw, 476px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Base de concreto pr\u00e9-fabricado com eletro\u00edmas fixados<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso do concreto pr\u00e9-fabricado usado nas bases, a dosagem buscou o empacotamento dos agregados mi\u00fados e gra\u00fados e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos volumes de \u00e1gua e de pasta, o que propiciou obter um concreto autoadens\u00e1vel com m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade de aproximadamente 60 GPa e uma resist\u00eancia \u00e0 compress\u00e3o acima de 100 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1, a toler\u00e2ncia dimensional de 2 mm em todas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es exigiu a montagem de f\u00f4rmas met\u00e1licas com alinhamento e planicidade verificados por laser scanner e a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as pe\u00e7as por meio de leitura tridimensional com laser track, controles desenvolvidos pelo ind\u00fastria de pr\u00e9-fabricados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto e constru\u00e7\u00e3o do Sirius induziu n\u00edvel in\u00e9dito de qualidade e precis\u00e3o em elementos pr\u00e9-fabricados no Brasil, e foi oportunidade para se alcan\u00e7ar novo patamar de inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica na ind\u00fastria nacional da constru\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quer conhecer como o concreto autoadens\u00e1vel pr\u00e9-fabricado de alto m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade das bases do Sirius foi produzido e controlado?
