{"id":833,"date":"2025-08-25T17:21:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T17:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/?p=833"},"modified":"2025-07-31T02:05:20","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T02:05:20","slug":"polimero-fibras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/press-releases\/polimero-fibras\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>Recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de uso dos pol\u00edmeros refor\u00e7ados com fibras em estruturas de concreto armado<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Os pol\u00edmeros refor\u00e7ados com fibras (FRP) s\u00e3o um comp\u00f3sito formado pela combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fibras, que podem ser de carbono, vidro, aramida e basalto, respons\u00e1veis pela resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica e rigidez do comp\u00f3sito, e por uma matriz polim\u00e9rica, uma resina termoendurec\u00edvel de ep\u00f3xi, poli\u00e9ster ou \u00e9ster vin\u00edlica, respons\u00e1vel por unir as fibras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com o FRP podem ser produzidas barras ou telas. As barras s\u00e3o produzidas por um processo automatizado denominado pultrus\u00e3o, no qual as fibras cont\u00ednuas s\u00e3o puxadas para um recipiente contendo resina e s\u00e3o impregnadas antes de passarem por um molde aquecido, onde se realiza a cura. No caso de barras dobradas, a dobra \u00e9 realizada antes da cura da resina. Na sa\u00edda do molde, as barras de FRP recebem tratamento superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1, as telas, elas s\u00e3o produzidas por meio de um processo cont\u00ednuo e automatizado, no qual uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 formada por barras, enquanto na outra \u00e9 composta por fibras entrela\u00e7adas (n\u00f3s ingleses), o que garante a conex\u00e3o dos elementos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"687\" height=\"696\" src=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Figura-2.5.jpg\" alt=\"N\u00f3 ingl\u00eas na tela de FRP\" class=\"wp-image-835\" srcset=\"https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Figura-2.5.jpg 687w, https:\/\/site.ibracon.org.br\/Site_revista\/Concreto_Construcoes\/Concreto_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Figura-2.5-296x300.jpg 296w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 687px) 100vw, 687px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Detalhes da tela de FRP (n\u00f3 ingl\u00eas)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As barras e telas v\u00eam cada vez mais ganhando espa\u00e7o no mercado da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, porque elas apresentam elevada resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, leveza e resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o, fazendo com que o concreto armado com barras ou telas de FRP se apresente como boa alternativa \u00e0s armaduras de a\u00e7o e \u00e0s telas met\u00e1licas, em raz\u00e3o do a\u00e7o sofrer corros\u00e3o em ambientes agressivos, como os industriais, marinhos, com elevada amplitude t\u00e9rmica e umidade. As desvantagens do FRP s\u00e3o: menor m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade, natureza fr\u00e1gil, menor resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica em regi\u00f5es de dobra e maior vulnerabilidade ao fogo e a altas temperaturas. Adicionalmente, o FRP pode sofrer degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo de sua vida \u00fatil por fotodegrada\u00e7\u00e3o (a\u00e7\u00e3o de raios UV), por absor\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua (hidr\u00f3lise, plastifica\u00e7\u00e3o e inchamento) e por deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o em ambiente alcalino (no caso de fibras de vidro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O uso de FRP come\u00e7ou ap\u00f3s a Segunda Guerra Mundial no setor aeroespacial. Na d\u00e9cada de 1960, o FRP passou a ser utilizado como refor\u00e7o para estruturas de concreto. Atualmente, ele \u00e9 usado em tubula\u00e7\u00f5es, tanques de armazenamento subterr\u00e2neos, fachada de edif\u00edcios, componentes arquitet\u00f4nicos, decks de pontes e estruturas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 beira mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A RESEARCH AM (2024) estimou um mercado avaliado em 654,5 bilh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares para as barras de FRP em 2022 e prev\u00ea crescimento anual de 10,6% deste mercado at\u00e9 2032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantir o uso seguro das barras de FRP, normas para projeto e caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00eam sendo desenvolvidas no mundo, suportadas por grande volume de pesquisas, tais como: ASTM D8505\/D505M-23; ISSO 10406-1; ACI-440.11-22; Anexo R do Eurocode 2 e a CSA S806:12. No Brasil, foram recentemente publicadas as normas t\u00e9cnicas ABNT NBR 17196 e NBR 17201. O artigo \u201cAs novas normas brasileiras para estruturas de concreto com barras de FRP\u201d, publicado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o 118 da CONCRETO &amp; Constru\u00e7\u00f5es, apresenta um resumo das principais orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es dessas normas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s telas de FRP, n\u00e3o existem normas ainda nem no Brasil nem no exterior, mas estudos para sua caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o e dimensionamento estrutural. Um desses estudos \u00e9 apresentado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o 118: \u201cA import\u00e2ncia da caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica bidirecional de telas de GFRP\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por sua vez, o FRP \u00e9 avaliado na edi\u00e7\u00e3o quanto a t\u00e9cnicas de refor\u00e7o estrutural, nas quais mantas ou laminados s\u00e3o coladas externamente a vigas e lajes de concreto armado por meio de resina.
